And {here} is an ironing tag.

Antique Sports Equipment

I love the way these look!  Good old Potterybarn.  Seems like they might be easy to duplicate with some old sports equipment and a deep stain.  I'd like to try sometime.  This is the kind of thing I'd like to decorate my "playroom" someday.  I love the way it looks!  There might be a few Dad's out there who'd like something like this as a Father's Day gift, also. ;)

Father's Day Banners

You can find these as a free printable at {Shindig Parties}, but you could also make one that would last year after year using fabric.  Cute idea!

Words for Father's Day

I thought this was kind of a cute idea for a homemade Father's Day gift.  I think it's something a man could display proudly, too.  Not too kiddish, not too sentimental, not too embarassing, but still kind of meaningful.  Especially if it was made by their child.

I Love You Books

Here's another great ide from {The Creative Homemaker} using these tiny books you can find just about anywhere...new or used.
She covered the outside using modpodge and fabric.
Then, cut paper to fit the book pages.
And modpodged or double stick taped them in.
Then she added numbers to every page, and gave each number a reason she loved the recipient.
I think it's a really cute gift for children from their parents.
Love the way she labeled them, too!  So cute!
And since Father's Day is rolling around, this might be a fun craft project for the kiddos to make for their Daddy, as well!

Custom Made-by-me Bow Holder

I sell these custom made from {my shoppe} and sometimes I just love the way they turn out too much not to share them. :)
A customer approached me recently with this bedding to match, and here's what I came up with:
I love the curves on this frame!!
So cute and girly.
Just like the colors. :)
I'm sure her daughter's bows will look adorable on this one. :)

Summer at the Seaside

I can't think of summer without thinking of the beach.
Someday, I'd love to have a romantic dinner on the beach.
I'd love to wake up and walk out to the beach.
I'd love to have a white picket fence by the beach.
I'd love to be able to sail out whenever I felt like it.
I love all things nautical.
And I love seashells.

Drive Thru Bike Wash

When I {saw this} I thought it looked like a really fun activity for kids.  They could even help create it!  Just a bunch of colorful sponges and pipes and sprinklers could make for hours of enjoyment!!

Watermelon Pie

Looking at this just makes my mouth water!  I saw it on {Make and Takes} and had to post the recipe here for safe keeping.

Ingredients:

- Lime Sherbet
- Vanilla ice cream or Pineapple sherbet
- Red/Pink-colored sherbet
- mini chocolate chips

Directions:

1. For each flavor, you’ll let the sherbet/ice cream soften for a few minutes before using. The red sherbet should be mixed with the mini chocolate chips.

2. Use a round springform pan. You may want to line the bottom of the pan with wax paper or parchment paper if you plan to transfer the entire “pie” to another dish before serving. I served the slices on plates straight out of the freezer, so I didn’t line the pan. It’s actually cuter sliced!

3. Starting with lime, spread a ring of sherbet around the edge of the springform pan – about 2 inches high (or taller if you want!), and about 1-2 inches wide from the outside edge of the pan.

4. Put pan in freezer to harden lime layer.

5. Repeat step 3 with the vanilla, but make the layer much thinner – maybe 1/2 inch. Use a butter knife to flatten the top, even-ing out the lime with the vanilla. Put pan in freezer to harden again.

6. Repeat step 3 with the red/chocolate chip sherbet. Fill the rest of the pan, then use a butter knife to flatten the top. Freeze!

7. When it’s time to eat, run a knife around the edge of the pan before popping off the outside of the springform pan. Use a nice thin-blade knife to slice.

Yum!!

Silverware Wall Art

Using these simple, everyday supplies, you can make something great for your Dining Room or Kitchen.
I just love the way these look!!
Such a great and simple idea from {Happy Clippings}.  You could even antique the look by spray painting the silverware with antique silver or bronze.  I love it.  So easy, and so cute.

Robin Hood Party

This is one of the coolest party ideas I've seen in a long time!!
And fairly easy to pull off, all things considered.  Love the gummy worms and lollypops.  There are tons of green and brown candy to choose from out there!  And leaves and twigs and wood are pretty easy to find if you ask me.
I love the use of baskets - and how the little logs hold the names of the foods behind them.
Obviously professional, but HOW AWESOME is this CAKE!!?
And awesome target cookies too!  Love the arrow sticking out of them!!!
I like this cute idea for dressing up kisses, too.  A little target on the back.  Cute.
Carmel corn in paper cones..  Easy!  And looks so awesome!
And so do these cups!!  Love the leaves on the straws, and the burlap.  I probably would have done a burlap tablecloth. :)
So awesome - wanted - that could be how your invitations are worded...
And aren't these the most perfect little party bags!!!?
I just can't get enough of this party.  Think of all the fun things you could do!  Target practice, Running from "Prince John", Sword Fighting, you could even play badmitton!  haha.  Super fun idea from {Kara's Party Ideas}

"Magic" Carpets

Do you have trouble getting your kids to sit still during certain activities?  {Family Home Evening} comes to mind... as well as Devotional Time, or even Prayer Time.  Maybe this is just what you need:
A Magic Carpet for them to sit on!

Pregnancy Pictures with Food

I love this idea I saw on {The Daybook}  If you ever need clothing inspiration, this is your blog.  She's amazing.  But, anyway, she's taking pregnancy pictures using food to show the actual size of her baby.  Such a cute idea!!  This {Baby Size Chart} gives you the low down on how big your baby inside is at different points in your pregnancy.  The idea is to pose holding the fruit or veggie.  I think it's a cute idea.
