Golden Wreath

I've been sort of putting off fall this year...not that I don't LOVE autumn.  It's my favorite time of the year!  But, right now, I'm just really enjoying late summer.  Here's a decoration that can work as a summer-fall transition piece highlighting the golden shade that seems to grace the days this time of year.

Using these craft store supplies, {Nesting Place} created a very cute fall wreath

She just unwound raffia, and folded it back on itself as she attached it to the wreath.

So cute, right?  I really like it.

DIY JCrew Style

Using this JCrew Ruffle Tank as inspiration, the girl and {Welcome to the Good Life} made this cute thing:

Didn't she do a good job!!?

She used this dress

And cut up this skirt to use as the ruffles.

Isn't she so stinkin cute!?

Princess Party

Bright Bookshelf

{Centsational Girl} just transformed this bookshelf!

All she did was add a little molding to the top,

And a little paint everywhere.

SO adorable!!  Perfect for a little boys room...but the idea could work in any room.  Ah, the possibilities!!

Laundry Room Makeover

I saw this great Laundry room reno and had to share it with you!

Before:

A pretty nice, normal laundry room.

WOW!  Love that ceiling!  And the can lights!!  Fantastic!

Love that tall storage cabinet!  And I'm a big fan of counters over the top of the laundry machines!!  Great place for sorting and folding. :)

Speaking of storage, who says we have to keep laundry detergent in those ugly bright boxes they sell it to you in.  So cute in these glass containers!!!!
