The Pledge of Allegiance
So sad. I don't remember where I found this. But, I love it. Just a wooden plaque painted white and sanded around the edges, with stickers or rub ons or really good handwriting of the Pledge of Allegiance, with three little stars at the bottom. Simple, and very cute. AND, I really like proclaiming this pledge that is often unused today in a world where God is not always recognized.

Flag Wreath
I really like this. I think I like it so much because it reminds me of one of those nautical inner tubes. Super cute, and super easy. Just wrapping yard around a pre-made wreath, and attaching some stars. Visit {Nap Time Crafts} for details.

Letter A Week
I'm going to be starting {Weekly Alphabet Letters} the first week in July, so I'll be sharing everything we have planned for the different letters before each week. Partly to keep me organized, partly to put it out there in case anyone else wants to join me.
Planned for A Week:
A set of alphabet magnets that I found at {ToysRUs} for $6.
We have a square fridge magnet that I'm going to have him modgepodge alphabet paper onto. This will frame the letter of the week each week on our fridge.
Learn to trace the letter A from {Confessions of a Homeschooler} and {Free Printable Worksheets} and {Kids Learning Station}
We'll be reading a lot of books about the alphabet that I checked out at the library.
I thought it was fun that the first week of July is also America's Birthday, so we'll be talking a lot about America as well: singing songs, learning about it, celebrating, etc.

So we'll put up the letter A to begin it.

Color Alphabet pages and Letter A pages posted about {here} and also from {Free Printable Coloring Pages}.

Father's Day Cards
This word card is just a good idea starter. This would be an easy card to make and personalize, but you can also buy it at {Doodlelove Etsy}
And I just thought this was a cute idea because, this is definitely true for my boys.

Here are a few of my favorites on the list:

Stepping Stone
Tool Organizer - this one especially if you do the organizing for him! Love these ideas from {Red Ted Art}!

Father's Day Wreath
I LOVE this idea from {Be Different Act Normal}!! What a cute idea for Father's Day! We don't have enough decorations for that holiday! But I also think this is a great way to use all those old ties dad may not want to part with. Super cute.
