Rose Cupcakes

I'm resolving to always frost cupcakes with a tube from now on. It's easy, you just start around the outside edge and move in to the middle where you leave a little tip when you lift off.

They just look so much prettier than cupcakes frosted with a knife, don't they?? Especially on a silver platter. :)

Those above are great but these are amazing.
Perfection! I'm pretty sure all they did was start frosting in the middle of the cupcake - using a big frosting tip and twisted it as they spun around the cupcake until they reached the outside edge. Definitely going to have to try this! Maybe for Valentine's Day!
