Love the use of fruit and vegetables as candlesticks and vases. 
It reminds me of cornucopias. Don't they look cute!?Here's a pretty one. A candle in a vase, with a pretty wreath around it.
Looks easy - just get a cake stand. Plop a wreath on top. and but a votive or vase in the middle.
And I love these hurricanes with layers of rocks and fall foliage. Pretty.
And they just changed the fall foliage to winter flowers, cranberries, and pebbles to make it look like Christmas.
