Party Poufs

These would make such a cute decoration at any party, I think. I saw these on {Daisy Pink Cupcake}.
They look really easy to make, but just in case, here's a {tutorial} from Martha. They actually are easier to make than you would think...{Martha Stewart} tells us how - with tissue paper and pipe cleaners or wire. I love the scalloped edges to make them look prettier. Cute.
